Job Description

Mercedes-Benz seeks a Manager, Customer Solutions to lead dealer and market support across APAC. You will manage CRM, critical parts, and escalations while coordinating with Germany, Europe, and Asia/Pacific to standardize processes and improve customer satisfaction.

You will drive team performance, develop knowledge resources, and ensure compliance with HQ policies. A logistics/business degree and 5+ years in automotive or logistics are expected.
