This is a full time, 10-month, home‑based position within the Peace Region of Alberta – ideal locations are Fairview, Grande Prairie or Peace River. Local travel within the Peace Region would be required.

What you will do:

• Jointly own and achieve squad P&L targets, in collaboration with all squad members
• Plan, prioritize and execute in short‑term (90‑day cycles), mid‑term and long‑term cycles
• Adapt, iterate, regularly reassess, and prioritize tasks to ensure continued progress towards squad outcomes
