Customer Services Team Member to join our team to ensure accurate data entry, order capture, multi tasking to meet tight time scales and query resolution within a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) setting. You'll be in an open plan office, part of a team of 30 to work together to maintain healthy supply chain flow.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Responding and managing customer queries via e-mail and telephone in a professional and timely manner.
• Investigating and resolving any customer queries over the phone and e-mail.
• Frequent collaboration across the departments to support business objectives.
