Pyramid8 are recruiting for an enthusiastic and confident Customer Services Team Leader who enjoys motivating people, improving performance, and delivering outstanding service? We're looking for a Customer Services Team Leader to join a leading healthcare provider delivering NHS-funded services.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support and develop a multi-skilled team responsible for reception, telephone enquiries and referral management. You'll lead by example, helping to ensure every patient receives a professional, friendly and efficient experience.


Covering 2 sites – Normanton and Pontefract


Monday – Friday 37.5 Hours ( With some flexibility )
