Customer Service / IT Support

A great opportunity to work for a well established communications company in the Sandbach area.

Person criteria:-

• Excellent communicator both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills
• Good computer skills
• Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Show good attention to detail

Duties:-

Provide first line support and customer service to customers and resellers. Offer technical advice, troubleshoot issues and maintain accurate records of interactions and technical data.

Hours:-

8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday

Pay 

£28k per annum, potential for this to increase in time as skill set develops
