Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Respond efficiently, accurately and courteously to all customer service matters, complaints and requests.
  • Process Improvement: Support the development and maintenance of processes in the Customer Services Centre; adhere to all processes in the CMP Customer Services centre and identify opportunities to improve Client Servicing processes.
  • Risk and Compliance: Monitor and control risk; ensure all activities in providing Customer Services comply with risk and compliance policies and procedures and with legal and regulatory requirements.
