Customer Services Account Handler

Blackburn (Monday-Friday) We are currently recruiting a Customer Services Account Handler who will be responsible for managing the service of all customer accounts and being the first point of contact for our customers.

• Manage service level for customer accounts.
• Produce customer forecasts using customer portals and challenge internally / externally when orders differ.
