Job Description
Position Summary Processes multiple Labor Law Poster, Forms, and Supplies orders as assigned to include address verification/validation, customer communication and correspondence, and sales order entry. Ensures that all internal/external requirements are met to satisfy order entry needs.
Works with the customer to assist with sales-related problems, track orders, and investigate shipping issues, as well as a customer outreach advocate.

The purpose of this position is to assist with sales order entry, provide service to customers, and handle operational functions associated with processing forms and supplies orders. This role will work directly with customers, sales teams, and internal departments, with a focus on ensuring that the customer’s needs are met in a timely and quality manner.
