Responsibilities & Duties:
Customer Production Line Support
Support the Customer Service Engineer at the customer production line to ensure continuous operational coverage
Assist in resolving customer-side issues in a timely and effective manner
Provide accurate and timely feedback to the Customer Service Engineer regarding issues at the customer plant
Change Implementation Support
Support the Customer Service Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) in evaluating supplier changes
Assist in carrying out fitment and validation activities at the customer site
Engineering Changes & Permits
Support assurance that engineering changes and permits are implemented in accordance with approved procedur...
