Customer Service -Technical Support Agent (On-Site) – Barranquilla, Colombia

Location: Barranquilla on site

Type: Full-Time

Important Dates:

  • Orientation: March 13
  • Training: March 16 – March 20
  • Nesting/Production: March 23 – March 27
  • Full Production: March 30

Shift:

 8:30am EST to 5:00pm EST

(30-minute lunch break)

Agents will handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with troubleshooting machine and yard equipment issues. Supported products include lawn mowers, snowblowers (seasonal lower volume), and line trimmers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with basic troubleshooting steps
  • Supporting warranty-based part replacements
  • Referring customers to authorized service centers when necessary
  • Documenting interactions accurately in the system
  • Providing clear and professional technical guidance
