Customer Service Team Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor to manage and oversee one of our Customer Service Teams. Someone to identify and assist in the development of new business whilst having a positive attitude and be involved in supporting management in employing changes. You will be a strong communicator who is looking to make a difference within the team.


What will you do?

  • Lead and motivate call centre staff and delegate responsibilities to ensure team goals are achieved.

  • Assess employee's and provide feedback weekly, provide mentorship and training to maximise performance.

  • React to underperformance.

  • Be in charge of dealing with issues and ensuring that Management are kept informed.
