Due to continued growth in the UK, they are now looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to to provide the very best possible customer service experience for their business clients. There are no sales targets and the role requires you to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

* Liaise proactively with customers to rapidly resolve reported issues & requests.
* To manage sales and delivery requests
* Prepare and issue weekly customer service ”dashboard” reports so that the business can have clear insight into customer service performance against set objectives
