Join FarmIQ as our Customer Service Team Lead , leading a high-performing team that supports farmers and rural professionals using FarmIQ and FARMAX. You'll combine hands‑on customer support with people leadership, coaching and developing Customer Success Representatives while driving customer retention, onboarding, and service excellence. Working closely with Product, Technology, Sales and key industry partners, you'll help improve systems, processes and customer outcomes across the business. This role is ideal for an experienced customer service leader who enjoys solving problems, building team capability, and making a real impact in New Zealand's agricultural sector.
