Location: Greece
For an international company based in Greece, we are looking for Italian-speaking team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, or live chat.
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional support.
- Deliver accurate, solution-oriented information.
- Record and document customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain quality and service standards.
- Collaborate with international teams when necessary.
No prior customer service experience is required.
This position is for you if you:
- Speak Italian at a minimum C1 level or native (fluent/bilingual).
- Have an English level of B1 or higher.
- Are ready to live and work in Greece.
- Are motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
