We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. The role is primarily non-customer-facing and involves supporting internal teams, managing quotes and ensuring smooth project delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer project delivery for low-risk, small-to-medium scope projects
- Handle straightforward legal and commercial tasks related to project activities
- Read, analyse, and manage data from emails and spreadsheets
- Act as an intermediary between Sales and Remarketing Managers to create and manage quotes using Microsoft Dynamics D365
- Take ownership of quote management, ensuring clear communication between Sales, Remarketing, and the factory (TRC)
