POSITION RESPONABILITIES
- Communication with clients to inform about order status (scheduling, delivery, replenishment)
- Together with Planning, work on meeting delivery commitment dates to clients
- Customer service, being the main contact in the company
- Ensure communication (prioritization) of delivery scheduling to clients
- Analysis of estimated cost of the process, related to Customer Service and Planning
- Analysis of the process together with Planning for improvements and implementations of this
- Support to the Materials department to ensure correct compliance with internal processes
- Keep data updated such as material, clients, dates and Oracle system
- KPI's compliance
- English intermediate
- Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of Administration or related
- Computational programs, Advanced Oracle
