Customer Service Support (Port Handling & Inland Transportation)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Support specialist to join our logistics team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth movement of goods from the port to their final inland destinations, acting as the primary link between carriers, port authorities, and our clients.



Key Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or maritime operations, with specific knowledge of port terminal procedures.
  • Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of port handling processes, including container release, demurrage/detention monitoring, and customs documentation requirements.
