Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Support that will act as a key support person to Sales Support Executive of the client based in Brisbane, Australia. They will be responsible in processing Sales orders in the system, tracking deliveries as well as invoicing the sales orders upon deliveries.


Work Schedule: 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday

Work Setup: Hybrid


JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Process Sales orders into the system
  • Generate, manage and control all documentation associated with each Sales or Purchase order
  • Assists the Sales Support Executives tracking of stock deliveries received in warehouse and ensures the quantity received matches the order
  • To invoice Sales orders
  • Communicate with warehouse and transport team with regards to deliveries
  • Reconcile stock invoices against what is recorded in the system
