Customer Service Support (HCP) - Part-Time

The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Operations team in a dynamic FMCG environment. As a Customer Service Support – HCP, you’ll play a key role in supporting our HCP and NDIS customers, building meaningful relationships, and making a real difference in people’s lives.

Location: Head Office, Banyo (Brisbane) or Perth Office

Working hours:
• Brisbane: Part‑time | 10:00am – 5:00pm | Monday, Tuesday & Friday
• Perth: Part‑time | 8:00am – 3:00pm | Monday, Tuesday & Friday

Hybrid work options available after training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling outbound referrals for new HCP and NDIS customers
• Responding to inbound calls and providing clear, empathetic support
• Explaining how Lite n’ Easy’s HCP and NDIS programs work
