POSITION RESPONABILITIES

  • Communication with clients to inform about order status (scheduling, delivery, replenishment)
  • Together with Planning, work on meeting delivery commitment dates to clients
  • Customer service, being the main contact in the company
  • Ensure communication (prioritization) of delivery scheduling to clients
  • Analysis of estimated cost of the process, related to Customer Service and Planning
  • Analysis of the process together with Planning for improvements and implementations of this
  • Support to the Materials department to ensure correct compliance with internal processes
  • Keep data updated such as material, clients, dates and Oracle system
  • KPI's compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • English intermediate
  • Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of Administration or related
  • Computational programs, Advanced Oracle
