Customer Service Support / Administrative Assistants
for a
3-month contract
role, with possible extension and potential opportunity for permanent conversion based on business needs and performance. Key Responsibilities: . Provide administrative and data entry support . Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally . Assist with follow-ups and coordination duties . Maintain accurate records and documentation Requirements: . Good communication and interpersonal skills . Comfortable communicating over the phone . Basic computer literacy and data entry skills . Able to commit for at least 3 months Working Hours: Monday to Friday . 8.30am - 5.30pm OR . 9.00am - 6.00pm Pay Rate: $11 per hour Work Locations: Bugis / Habourfront Interested applicants may apply with an updated resume and indicate your earliest availability.
