Lead a dedicated team as a Customer Service Clerks Supervisor. This permanent, full-time position requires strong leadership, training, and problem-solving skills.
In this role, oversee staff training and development in a fast-paced environment. You will identify training needs, coordinate work duties, and prepare reports to enhance productivity. This supervisory position does require handling the same duties as the workers, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service are maintained.
