Overview

Provide night shift technical support via online chat and phone to U.S. and European customers, with a focus on xTools laser cutting and engraving products.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, accurately document issues, and deliver timely, effective solutions.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to ensure complete resolution of service-related concerns.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Proven experience in BPO customer service or support (min. of 6 months for Representatives and at least 3 years for Team Lead role)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable handling calls, emails, and live chats
  • Good problem-solving and active listening skills
