- Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email.
- Deliver accurate and timely support while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and elevate complex cases when required.
- Maintain high-quality service standards and meet performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with global teams in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in the required language(s)
- Good English communication skills (where applicable)
- Customer service experience is an advantage (fresh graduates may also apply if eligible)
