Customer Service Specialist (French & English) – Industrial Sector We are recruiting a Customer Service Specialist for a medium sized industrial company, nationally based and operating in international markets. The position is located in Sant Cugat del Vallès and offers a stable role in a family-owned company with an excellent working environment. Your main responsibilities: Order management from receipt to delivery Follow-up of shipments and delivery dates Handling customer incidents and claims Coordination with factory and logistics teams Daily contact with customers in French and Spanish Collaboration with Sales, including a supportive commercial component Your profile: 3 years of experience in Customer Service (industrial sector is a plus) Fluent French and English – both mandatory Other languages will be valued Highly organized, responsible and customer-oriented Strong communication skills and high adaptability Comfortable working in an international environment What’s on offer: P...
