A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers.

  • Promptly responding to customer queries via Phone call, Live Chat and/or Email (If needed – we follow up via outbound)
  • Respecting client confidentiality at all times.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions. transactions. comments .and complaints with utmost confidentiality.
  • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
  • Occasionally conduct Outbound calls to customers.
  • Process Emails.
  • Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with.
