Shape the future of logistics with us. We are now looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist to strengthen our team in Central Europe. Possible office locations include: Bönen (Germany), Agrate Brianza, Milan (Italy), and Madrid (Spain).

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in the DACH region as the first point of contact for questions and inquiries.
  • Maintain data and set up new customers, building long-term relationships through excellent service.
  • Monitor daily warehouse movements and proactively identify and address discrepancies.
  • Coordinate inventory checks, taking responsibility for communication, analysis, and follow‑up.
  • Handle quality‑related issues and stay in close contact with the quality department until resolution.
