Telesales representative plays a crucial role in helping the Sales team achieve overall monthly objectives by proactively performing customer service functions such as:

  • Order‑taking
  • Processing of payment
  • Handling of complaints
  • Listing of bad orders
  • Answering telephone calls, inquiries or quotations

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Should be willing to undergo training in Manila (Accommodations and allowance will be provided during training in Manila).
