WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Managing customer orders for the assigned export region, including order entry, production and stock follow-up, export processes, and shipment execution,

  • Coordinating shipments to ensure on-time delivery and minimizing warehouse waiting time,

  • Preparing export invoices accurately and sharing shipment-related information with relevant internal stakeholders,

  • Communicating product information, pricing updates, and shipment details to customers,

  • Recording and invoicing export-related costs, including customs clearance and sample shipments.

  • Bachelor’s degree,

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service field,

  • Strong command of MS Office applications (especially advanced MS Excel skills),

  • Experience as a Sap Key User is preferred,
