Job Title : Customer Support Executive (International Chat Support).

Experience: 1 year in International CS/CX.

Job Summary: We're looking for experienced chat process associates to handle international customer queries via chat, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer chats
  • Resolve queries/issues professionally
  • Meet productivity and quality targets
  • Work in shifts (may include nights/weekends)

Requirements:

  • 1-year exp in International CS/CX
  • Excellent communication skills (written English).
  • Typing speed > 30 WPM
  • Immediate joiner preferred
