The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of strategic accounts, focusing on product development, order execution, and  service delivery. This role acts as a vital link between the client, sales, and supply chain to ensure seamless project delivery and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account & Product Development

  • Manage the product lifecycle from initial client briefing and artwork intake to costing, sampling, and final approval.

  • Partner with Design and Technical Sales to develop custom presentations and product solutions based on client briefs.

  • Conduct regular client analysis to identify growth opportunities and support commercial initiatives.

  • Stay current on industry trends and Avery Dennison innovations to provide expert branding advice.
