As a Customer Service Specialist (Compliance), you willbe responsible forinvestigating complaints from the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) and other government agencies, gathering the facts of each case, coordinating with relevant parties, and preparing official response letters.Your work ensures the company operates in compliance with the law and maintains the highest service standards.
This is a key role that sits at the intersection of customer service, legal, and compliance. If you are detail-oriented, communicate professionally, and enjoy working with internal teams and external authorities to resolve cases accurately and on time, we would love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Receive and review complaints from government agencies such as the OCPB, Department of Internal Trade, the police, and local authorities.
