The Customer Service Specialist supports customers across phone, email, and digital channels by providing accurate product and service information, processing orders, resolving account and billing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This role combines strong customer service skills with knowledge of residential construction materials and methods to help customers order the right products, manage their inventory, and plan their supply needs. The position also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, using SAP and Salesforce to manage orders and accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
