About the Role

The Dealer Service Representative ( Customer Service Sales Support) is part of the Domestic Sales Operations team and plays a key role in supporting sales growth across multiple distribution channels and e-commerce partners.

This role supports the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) by managing dealer accounts, supporting sales initiatives, assisting with forecasting and reporting, and ensuring smooth order management and customer support. The position requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
