Providing Customer Service support via defined channels
Handling of customer transactions related to order management, order status, inquiries, back orders, proofs of delivery, freight and quality claims, payment deductions or discrepancies, and other related policies and procedures
Maintaining relationships with customers by understanding, anticipating, and identifying their product and especially service needs
