Job Description

We are looking for Call Center Agents who are upbeat, helpful, and love working with people.

Your main goal will be to handle incoming calls, answer questions about our products, resolve issues on the spot, and ensure every customer hangs up happy.



Your day-to-day tasks:

Handle calls with a friendly and professional attitude

Clearly explain our products and services to customers

Resolve problems accurately and as fast as possible

Manage account updates, service requests, and other tasks

Keep detailed records of every customer interaction

Stick to company policies, scripts, and performance targets



Qualifications

At least 6 months call center experience

Willing to work on site

Education: At least high school or senior high school graduate

Basic computer literacy

Good communication skills
