Customer Service Representative- Order Entry

•Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm- location is transit accessible

This position will be helping the team labeling and doing order entry- we are currently moving to a new system


• Clear English communication skills (both verbal and written) is a must
• Experienced/comfortable with speaking with clients/patients on the phone. Primarily confirming delivery date and delivery location.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office. Example: Outlook and Teams
• Not essential but beneficial if experienced with Pronto Software or other types of order entry software.
