Key Responsibilities:

+ Communicate directly with customers via telephone / email regarding inquiries, orders, expedites and complaints.

+ Quote to customers.

+ Negotiate and adjust shipping schedule with customers, freight forwarders, Materion US Service Centers, and other Materion locations as required.

+ Check inventory and product specifications to meet customer requirements.

+ Enter customer orders and purchase to the global plants.

+ Handle Import and Export documents (invoice, packing list, shipping instructions, B/L, L/C, insurance policy) and coordinate shipping schedules with freight forwarders and customers.

+ Inventory management of Performance Solutions products.

+ Handle customer complaints (Return, credit notes) and work with Account Managers to resolve.
