CSR (Funcity) Customer Service Working in various activity areas(POS, rides, video games, soft play, bowling lanes) & Providing assistance to customers. Needs to maintain SOPs & Ensuring Service standards. Cashiering & Stock Management. Upkeep and Maintenance of hygiene in the store. Proper personal grooming & Best behavior with guest. Handle the customers effectively on floor/POS/Rides/Play Area with no complaints. Effective coordination and communication with colleagues To have complete knowledge of all operations related SOP's. Being an Ambassador of the brand. Providing a safe and hassle free environment for Customers Educational Qualifications: Preferably 12 TH Passed, PUC /HSc/Graduate in any discipline. Key Skills required: Good communication skills and a pleasing and sporty personality.
