Do you have 4+ years of experience supporting state-sign customer service billing and a proven track record in BPO environments? If you’ve worked at Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or Comcast, or have extensive telecom industry experience, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, account management, service activations, and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize your BPO and telecom experience to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain superb communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
  • Work collaboratively with managed services teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
