We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative Team Lead who is proactive, customer-focused, and experienced in managing support teams within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This role will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and drive continuous improvement across all service channels. This is a day shift , Monday to Friday, onsite role.
