A Customer Service Representative is responsible for client management, answering clients' queries, and supporting the Sales Team on account maintenance.

Qualifications

  • SHS graduate or College level/graduate
  • Preferably with CSR experience but not required
  • Has good listening and documentation skills
  • Willing to learn
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Has good communication skills

  • Data entry
  • Admin tasks
  • Other tasks assigned by the Management

Additional Information

  • On-site Setup
  • Full-time Employment
  • Fixed Weekends Off
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 PM – 7 AM (Night Shift)
