A Customer Service Representative is responsible for client management, answering clients' queries, and supporting the Sales Team on account maintenance.
Qualifications
- SHS graduate or College level/graduate
- Preferably with CSR experience but not required
- Has good listening and documentation skills
- Willing to learn
- Can work with less supervision
- Has good communication skills

- Admin tasks
- Other tasks assigned by the Management

- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 PM – 7 AM (Night Shift)
