Verification of Benefits Representative (Voice Support) - Responsible for coordinating insurance verification and pre-authorization processes, managing supply orders, and maintaining accurate patient records. Provides clear communication to patients regarding order status, costs, and payments, while ensuring all required medical documentation is obtained. Collaborates with insurance companies and internal teams to support efficient operations and timely resolution of inquiries.
