The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound calls from retail stores, creating and managing work orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance and repair concerns. This role requires strict adherence to call handling processes, accurate documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The representative also produces operational reports and contributes to shared best practices across Manila groups.
