We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative
We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of experience in customer service, call centre, or client support. Experience in the property / real estate industry is a plus but not required.
What You'll Do:
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and CRM
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate records and meet SLAs
What We Need:
Strong communication skills
Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to work onsite (BGC office)
UK time
