Role Overview:
The Customer Service Representative/Sales Specialist is a dedicated, target-driven professional who excels in consultative selling. You will handle inbound sales inquiries generated via phone calls and online quote forms. Success in this role is defined by maintaining an elite Call-to-Booking Ratio, maximizing Average Revenue Per Booking, and consistently reinforcing the value proposition of the company
Work Setup: Onsite- BGC Office; Morning - Mid Shift; Full-time Regular
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound sales calls
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets and conversion rate goals (e.g., maintaining a call-to-booking ratio of 2.0 or lower)
