Customer Service Representative (Swedish)

- Workplace Type: MSXI Office in Madrid
- Compensation: EUR 22,000 - 24,000 per year
You will serve as the primary point of contact for OEM vehicle owners, addressing and resolving all issues related to their vehicles. The agent represents the OEM in interactions with customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of cases while maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Handle driver inquiries through multiple channels.
- Determine when a case needs escalation to higher levels or specialized teams.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain satisfaction levels according to project KPIs.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Swedish and at least C1 level of English.
- Preferably available full‑time.
- Valid experience in customer service or a similar role.
