Responsibilities:
Manage and process customer orders accurately within a strict 48-hour SLA.
Navigate and maintain data integrity within our internal ERP system.
Collaborate daily with the production team, planning department, and shipping logistics to track order statuses.
Handle high-volume inbound customer inquiries via a phone queue (following a thorough 45-60 day training period).
Provide clear, professional communication regarding shipping timelines and order updates.
