Job Description
The Customer Care representative is responsible for ensuring that customers are provided best in class customer support.
Responsibilities
- Enter incoming purchase orders to meet or exceed agreed service levels.
- Support sales representatives with purchase order processing.
- Partner with Customer Care Leads to guarantee achievement of service level agreements.
- Identify gaps in customer care processes and partner with the customer experience team to resolve them.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field; required languages: English (C1), Spanish (C1); preferred languages: German, French, Italian, or any additional language.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service/care roles within the B2B business segment.
- Utilize data (KPIs) to drive business results.
