The Municipality of Chatham-Kent has an opening for two (2) temporary full-time Customer Service Representative in the Customer Services division. These temporary full-time opportunities are for a period up to December 2026. This position will be required to work at all Municipal Centres throughout Chatham-Kent.

Customer Service Representatives act as ambassadors for the Municipality by delivering high quality, front-line customer service on behalf of all municipal departments through a variety of channels. This role is responsible for the provision of exceptional customer service by handling community member inquiries, providing information on municipal services, processing requests, and resolving complaints.
